Wee Care Child Developement Center

A ministry of the Linden Free Methodist Church

Our Infant teachers at Wee Care Child Development Center are very loving, patient, and possesses an attentive nature. They have created a warm and responsive environment for our infants to grow and thrive in. Our infant room is bright, clean, and very colorful. Each baby has a “primary” care provider who focuses personally on them each day. We understand that it can be very difficult leaving your precious infant in the care of someone else. Our care providers collaborate with parents to develop personal sleeping and feeding schedules that work best for you and your infant. Children in this class range from 6 weeks - 1 year.

Our infants are introduced to many experiences such as:

  • Sign Language
  • Creative Art
  • Crawling and Walking
  • Buggy Time
  • Outdoors/Gym Time

Our program is designed to help toddlers build self-confidence through developmentally appropriate activities. By using our “Tadpoles” app, we are able to efficiently communicate your child’s daily activities straight to your phone. Children in this class range from 1 year (if walking) - 2 years.

Our toddlers are introduced to many experiences such as:

  • Sign Language
  • Potty Training
  • Outdoor/Gym Activities
  • Holiday Celebrations
  • Clearly defined learning centers to encourage organization skills

  • Weekly chapel lessons to help begin teaching our toddlers about our love of God

Our preschool prep program is desgined to ready toddlers for our preschool class. It is a transition room between toddlers and preschool. The caregivers in this room focus primarily on potty training, and circle time based activities. With our "Tadpoles" app, our teachers are able to easily communicate with parents. Children in these classes age from 2 years - 3 years.

Our program is designed to help develop social skills, build self-esteem, and encourage self-control along with specific class objectives. Wee Care Child Development Center’s curriculum objectives are balanced between scheduled child-directed and teacher-directed activities. The program’s objectives are taught in a loving and flexible environment to allow the normal developmental curve to occur within these preschoolers. Our preschool team is very patient and provides each child with personal, positive recognition throughout their activities.

The preschool curriculum offered enhances activities for each child to develop their communication, social, emotional skills, science, math, social studies, creative art, large and small motor development.
